ORDER INFORMATION and FAQ:

We at Shane’s Quality Butchery, are pleased to be able to offer a free home delivery service within the local area. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call on (02) 9953 1193 with any questions or special requests you may have.

Prices are an estimate and exact costs will be given in the return quote.

What suburbs do you deliver to?

We deliver to Collaroy Plateau, Collaroy and surrounding Northern Beaches suburbs.

We also run a free delivery service over to Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay and Kirribilli only on Fridays.

What days is delivery available?

We deliver from Monday to Friday and also run a free delivery service over to Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay and Kirribilli only on Fridays.

When do I need to place my pick up order by?

Ideally, please place your pick up order as soon as you can.

When do I need to place my delivery order by?

Ideally, please place your delivery order in the morning of the day before you wish your delivery to arrive.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered between the hours of 10.00am – 2.30pm on your specified day of delivery, at a time that suits you.

Can I order more than a day ahead?

Yes of course- you can specify a pick up / delivery day up to a month in advance (Delivery is provided from Monday to Friday).

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

Yes. We would prefer it if you were home so we can hand you your bags and you can pop the meat straight into the fridge.

Is there a minimum spend for delivery?

Yes, a $50.00 minimum spend. However, delivery is free.
